1 year portraits

For Addison's 1 year portraits, I really wanted to do something special. I wanted her pictures to be taken outside with the beautiful fall leaves. I debated for a good week on where to get them done. It so happens that one of my very good friends takes pictures and she wanted to take them. I've never been so relieved. :) Debbie did such a wonderful job on these pictures-I honestly can't thank her enough for all she did! She was so good with Addison and she even took some extras of Ricky on his bike! :) Hope you enjoy them as much as I do! Thanks Debbie!

Mommy & Addison

I've been wanting to do this for a while now. There's a few other pictures that I'd like to post of us around the same age too.

I can honestly say that Addison looks just like her Dad. People are always saying, "She looks just like her Daddy". But they've never seen my baby picture. :)

Mom gave me this picture a while back and I decided to pull it out the other day. Now I think she kinda resembles me. I'm 10 months old in the picture and she's about 10 1/2. We're similar in age. It amuses me that she looks like her Dad as an adult, but me as a baby. No matter who she looks like-she's still beautiful.

Another month has come and gone...

and it doesn't seem like she is almost a year old. I'm counting down the days until she's officially a year old- how sad? It's less than a month away from her Birthday and it makes me sad to even think about it. It seems like I should still be pregnant-maybe 7 or 8 months along. But I'm glad I'm not. She's pefect in every way and I'm so proud of my girl!
