I know it's been quite a while since I've posted, but things have been crazy lately! Since yesterday was Mother's Day and the 7th was Addison's six month birthday, I thought it only appropriate to update my blog.
I would like to start by wishing my Baby a Happy 6 month Birthday! I can't believe how quickly time has passed and how much she grows, everyday! She is the best thing that has ever happened to me-words can't express my love for her! I love to see her smile, hear her laugh-I even love her cry. She is everything to me and God has truly blessed me with the most wonderful family. Addison is brilliant, beautiful and loved by so many people. She's my pride and joy and she encourages me with everyday to try and be a better Mom-I love her and my First Mommy's Day was better than I would've imagined!
A few little updates;
*Both bottom teeth are in (but don't ask for any pictures-I have yet to get a decent one!)
*She says Mum and Bye.
*She reaches, but only when SHE wants to.
*She's ALMOST sitting up on her own-probably only a few days before she's a pro.
*Somehow, Someway, she gets more beautiful EVERYDAY! :)

I am proud to say that I was the youngest Mommy at Church Sunday Morning-being a 24 year old Mommy got me a BEAUTIFUL hanging pot for Mother's Day. Lyle, a man at our church, got me a balloon and chocolate covered pretzels (my FAV!!) too.
I don't know if Aunt Audella still checks my blog, but I would like to apologize for not being at Church last night. It seems like every time Ricky and I miss church, you're there! Sorry we missed you...we love you!! :)

I wanted a picture of Addison and I on Mother's Day, so I had to take it myself-not the greatest picture, I know! :)

Here's my beautiful Angel on her Mommy and Daddy's bed.

I awoke Sunday morning to a huge hug and a "Happy Mother's Day" from my wonderful hubby-he's the best, duh! Ricky also got me a birthstone ring with Addison's birthstone-Citrine. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and me some dress clothes-nice too! My ring comes in today and as soon as I get a picture, I'm posting it! :)
I would like to take this time and thank my under appreciated Mother for all she does and has done for me. After all, Mother's Day is a time to show your Mother how much you love her and I don't think I've ever "officially" thanked her. There were times that she probably felt like I hated her (although I didn't) and she was failing as a Mom, but I'm sure it was all worth it Mom, right? :) I don't think I realized how much she has done for me over the years until I had a daughter of my own. She wiped my butt, cleaned my messes , stayed up late many nights , corrected me when I was wrong, and most off all...she raised me in church. Now, she's there for me when I need advice with Addison or just someone to talk to. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING Mom-and I know that everyone will argue with me on this, but I truly do have the GREATEST Mommy in the world! :) I love you-Happy Mother's Day!
